A case of six bottles of the 2023 Chardonnay — hand-crafted from selected vineyard sites on the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, and a distinct reflection of the terroir that defines Francis Wines.
CHARDONNAY 2023 Lemon, acacia flower and nougat rise from the glass, underpinned by a subtle expression of oak. On the palate, white pear and lime pith are vibrant and precise, carrying through to a long, crystalline finish.
Pairs well with grilled seafood, roasted chicken or creamy pasta. Serve at 8–10°C.
Aged 16 months in older 500L French oak barrels. 1,929 bottles produced.
