PINOT NOIR 2023 Earthy spice and red cherry on the nose, with hints of rhubarb, plum and liquorice adding complexity. Flowing and velvety on the palate, with red berry fruit supported by a subtle savoury framework and an enduring, poised finish.
Pairs well with lamb, game, roasted duck or mushroom risotto. Serve at 16–18°C.
Aged 16 months in older 228L French oak barriques. 938 bottles produced.
